Lots of shops selling similar pottery. Only one cafe in the area.

If you go to Grottaglie this is the place you MUST visit. A street of artisan botteghe producing handmade ceramic masterpieces. You can find beautiful pieces for everyone taste. From classic ceramic to astonishing modern pieces. A couple of bar can offer you a drink and a snack in the hottest hour of the day or just to sit and admire the beauty of what you have around.

Neighborhood characterized by many shops selling typical Grottaglie ceramics where you can view the famous pumi... of all sizes and many colours, vases, plates, lamps and various wall lights. I recommend you stop by and take a look and buy these creations of high artistic value.

Beautiful experience, a dive into the many beautiful things there are in Puglia and in the heart of Puglia. Colors, art, creativity, imagination, beauty, tradition... handed down through generations. Every image and reproduction has a profound connection with this land. If I can really give some advice, I would extend the opening hours of the castle and the closing times of the exhibitions, especially in summer or during periods of greatest tourist interest.
